- Serve as departmental administrative support.
- Perform general office duties, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, emails, and reports as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle public records requests.
- Perform calendar management, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences for Directors and team members.
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure that key dates are communicated to the appropriate individuals.
- Conduct data entry and record keeping including, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in data entry and information management tasks.
- Maintain expense records and other financial transactions.
- Serve as departmental administrative support, including aiding in the the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and Directors.
- Assist with Special Projects, including updating provider database in RedCap to ensure most up to date internal resource.
- Participate with production of quarterly newsletter.
- Maintain database of newsletter requests.
- Maintain website for updates.
