Job Posting for Clinical Research Coordinator II (Part-Time) (Temporary) at arizona
- Work with Principal Investigators in coordinating activities related to recruitment for clinical trials including recruiting, screening, and enrolling agencies and participants who meet project criteria.
- Collect basic information through surveys and contacts. Maintain telephone, video conference and in-person contact. Notify project director and supervisor of participant status.
- Assist in the development, coordination, and deployment of project protocols with agencies and participants.
- Conduct trainings and consultations with agencies and participants according to project protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Administer and assist with collecting participant data, entering and analyzing data, and compiling reports, adhering to project protocols.
- Maintain and submit appropriate logs, tracks participants, and prepares project materials.
- Prepare documentation, reports, graphs, and other materials.
- Develop and maintain project communications and meetings with outside entities.
- Administer project agendas, communications, and meetings with project personnel.
- Facilitate project social media engagement with partnering agencies, and Community of Practice.
- Build and maintain project website features.
- Moderate project message board forums and newsletters.
