Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead sustainable programming for summer and service oriented curriculum
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Upward Bound TRIO summer program 
  • Create sustainable reporting for annual progress reports
  • Researches and assesses educational needs and interests for targeted public segments involved in the Upward Bound program
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops
  • Coordinate small-scale events with community partners
  • Promotes and fosters lifelong learning and outreach activities for individuals, families, organizations, and communities
  • Support programming and instructional staff, and support students through their summer projects
  • Supports students and families in their transition to post-secondary education as part of the program’s scope of work
  • Additional duties as assigned
