Job Title: Seasonal Agricultural Drone Pilot and Ground Crew Operator

Overview: ARK Agri Drones is seeking a skilled and dedicated Seasonal Agricultural Drone Pilot and Ground Crew Operator to join our team for the spraying season in Missouri. As a key member of our seasonal workforce, you will be responsible for flying agricultural drones, spraying crop fields and pastures, mixing chemicals, and assisting with ground crew operations from April 1st to the end of August.

Responsibilities:

• Operate agricultural drones to spray crop fields and pastures efficiently and effectively during the spraying season.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during drone operations.
• Mix chemicals accurately and safely for use in spraying operations.
• Assist with ground crew duties as needed, including loading and unloading equipment, preparing the area for drone operations, and maintaining equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

• Part 107 license preferred.
• Experience operating drones, preferably in agricultural settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor as required.
• Willingness to work seasonally from April 1st to the end of August.
• Class A CDL preferred for transportation of equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
• Opportunity for overtime pay during peak spraying season.
• Compensation will be based on hourly rates and the number of hours worked.
