Our professional personnel have extensive experience in design, expediting, and special inspections in the architectural, engineering and construction industry. Our Special Inspection division takes pride in providing the professionalism and expertise, to ensure quality of construction.

Our firm is seeking experienced NYC DOB inspectors join our team of professionals. The successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and will be responsible for conducting NYC DOB special inspections for multiple on-going projects in the 5 boroughs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide NYC DOB special inspections.
  • Check the work to ensure that it was done correctly and complies with NYC DOB, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Prepare special inspection reports.
  • Check the work to ensure that it is safe.
  • Check the work to ensure that it adheres to the quality standards set by the ownership and management.
  • Monitor the building while construction is being done; check building materials, workmanship, and contractor compliance with deadlines and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • On call

Work Location: Multiple locations
