Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, both in person and over the phone
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual)
- Proficient in using front desk software and MS Office applications
