We are now accepting applications for a full-time Executive Assistant to the CFO to work at our Corporate location in Greenbrier, Arkansas. It is preferred that applicants live within 30 miles of our nearest bank location. The Executive Assistant to the CFO will be a key member of the finance team, providing support to the Chief Financial Officer and the departments under the CFO’s supervision. The selected candidate will use critical thinking, financial expertise, and banking knowledge to assist the CFO in various tasks, such as research, reporting, scheduling, and reviewing loan documentation. This role will also help create efficiencies across the accounting and government guaranteed lending departments by ensuring accuracy and quality of information.

The minimum requirements for this position are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of training and development in a financial industry.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self -starter with innovative approach to development of staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced typing skills.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Ability to work in groups and alone.
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
- Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including: copy machine, telephone, and computer.

- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
The following credentials are preferred, but not required:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant professional business/banking experience
- Knowledge of general accounting and banking principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements, preferred.
Must be available to work full-time Mondays through Fridays on-site.
