Title: Director, Quality/Risk Management Date Posted: 11/01/2023 -->Description: The Director of Quality/Risk Management is responsible to ensure compliance with activities and guidelines of regulatory agencies and coordinate organizational quality improvement and risk management activities. Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment. Agrees with culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMCs Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. BSN degree in nursing preferred. At least 3 years of nursing experience. Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. CPR certified. Additional Information: This is a salaried, exempt management position.
