Director of Student Affairs Marketing and Communications

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Student Affairs to join our team. The Director of Student Affairs will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student life and ensuring a positive and enriching experience for our students. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting student success.

Duties:
- Develop and implement programs and services that promote student engagement, well-being, and personal growth
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organizations to create a vibrant campus community
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic, personal, and career-related matters
- Oversee the planning and execution of student events, activities, and initiatives
- Manage student conduct processes and ensure compliance with university policies
- Serve as a resource for students in need of assistance or referrals to appropriate campus resources
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the student body
- Stay current on trends and best practices in student affairs to continuously improve services

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in student affairs or a related field
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with content marketing, performance marketing, SEO, research, print advertising, market analysis, product management, advertising sales, and digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing student affairs programs and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to student affairs
