Loan Servicing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager to oversee all aspects of Loan Servicing encompassing mortgage, auto, personal, and business products.

Your role will be to deliver a quality experience for customers that maximizes loan repayments, maintain accounting and data integrity, and manage operational risks/compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and support to your team, including hiring, training, and managing staff.  
• Ensure production goals, service standards and cooperation ratings are met.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to lending associates and bank clients.
• Manage escrow analysis and payment processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of SBA guaranteed loans.
• Manage process regarding participation services.
• Expediently bring resolution to credit disputes, corrections and inquiries.
• Spearhead system and process improvements.
• Participate in enterprise initiatives related to new products and services.
• Manage loan related risk controls.
• Maintain a working knowledge of origination and credit approval processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field required.
• 10 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Extensive knowledge of HMDA and CRA, loan accounting systems, loan account set up, monitoring and maintenance, lending related regulatory requirements, escrow analysis and processes, loan codes, general ledger reconciliation, research, participation services, and loan customer service.
• Jack Henry or similar loan accounting system experience.
• Excellent process management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, team building, mentoring, training and coaching skills.
• SME in regard to policies, procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of exception tracking and document imaging systems.
• Experience in servicing all loan types and loan products.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
