In this Administrative position, you play an important role in the success of coordinating administrative office services such as collecting/handling mail, applying payment, uploading account documentation, compiling data daily to provide to the appropriate team and other administrative activities for A.R.M. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Retrieve mail from all locations including post office boxes at local USPS location and physical mailbox at the front of the office building.
- Sort mail and deliver it to appropriate personnel.
- Record all mail returns and provide list to Data Operations team to update necessary accounts.
- Evaluate account correspondence received and categorize properly (i.e. dispute, legal, C&D, bankruptcy, etc.)
- Scan account related documents to be uploaded to appropriate accounts.
- Entering debtor check payments into Impact and delivering physical checks to accounting team
- Processing debtor credit card payments
- Mail out backup documentation in connection with debtor accounts.
- Destroy sensitive documents once they are no longer needed.
- Emailing encrypted client reports
- Capturing Bankruptcy information received by mail and entering into Impact.
- Pull invoices from client portals, upload to Impact and send out.
- Prioritizing tasks to ensure all deadlines are met and accounts remain current with the most up-to-date information.
- Carryout additional tasks as needed and assigned.
Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
- One year of related experience or relevant coursework preferred.
- Able to adapt to varying volumes of mail, payments, account documents, etc.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check.

We offer $75.00 gas allowance for compensation of mail pick-up and drop-off.
Work setting:
· Call Center/In Office-Thousand Oaks, California Pay Rate • $22.00hr-$22.50hr
· Full-time Morning Shift: • Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:40pm
