Manager Ecosystem

Arm’s success is built on its vast ecosystem of partners. In this role you will grow, support and maintain partner program technical marketing activities and initiatives. Support program strategy by actively engaging with global AI & IoT ecosystem partners—you will be their champion and advocate promoting their solutions on Arm IP, guiding them through co-marketing activities and initiatives as defined by the program.

• Partner program enablement: Grow, support & maintain partner program technical marketing activities & initiatives.
• Partner Engagement: Support program strategy & goals by actively engaging with global AI & IoT ecosystem partners—you will be their champion and advocate promoting their solutions on Arm IP, guiding them through co-marketing activities and initiatives as defined by the program.
• Good understanding of IoT & AI solution trends from ecosystem partners & the market in order to align with overall business strategy and goals
• Engage and collaborate with product, engineering, developer evangelists to help connect and align ecosystem partners to specific solution strategies.
• Work with marketing team to define and implement creative initiatives/channels in which partners can participate to showcase new AI & IoT based solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of partner ecosystem technology offerings to facilitate solutions based collaboration opportunities for partners.
• Co-author blogs and other technical content with ecosystem partners; own and drive ad-hoc projects as opportunities arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or technology (advanced degree: nice to have)
• Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences. internally/externally with excellent presentation skills.
• Experience working in a technical marketing, partner facing role.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with partner marketing leads, including c-suite.
• Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives to resolution, working with the wider team or independently with minimal direction or supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
• Comfortable with working in fast paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
