**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated LCDC III to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient care and clinical counseling services in a hospital setting, specializing in behavioral health and child family counseling.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans

- Implement psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy

- Utilize motivational interviewing to support patients in behavior management

- Offer individual and group counseling sessions

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in patient care and assessment

- Strong behavior management skills

- Experience in psychotherapy and motivational interviewing
