The role:
Armis is seeking an experienced, energetic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will be responsible for the consolidation and maintaining the General Ledger. This position will play a crucial role in the timely financial close process, external audit, and financial reporting
What you will do:
Prepare inter-company entries and reconcile inter-company balances
Consolidate monthly financials and distribute the monthly reporting package
Actively participate in the monthly/quarterly/year-end close, which includes preparation of
journal entries (i.e SBC, allocations, accruals, amortizations, reclasses, etc.), reconcile
assigned BS and P&L accounts
Prepare consolidated BS flux analysis
Assist external reporting function with updating certain disclosure tables and tie outs
Collaborate with FP&A and other cross-functional departments to ensure data integrity
Prepare audit PBC items and assist with external audit requests
Document desktop procedures and accounting processes
Review current processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies
Work closely with NetSuite admin for system and reporting enhancements and upgrades
Ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required by management
What we expect:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
CPA and Big4 public accounting experience preferred
6 years of accounting experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to build support across functions
Excel at a fast-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and willingness to assist in different areas as needed
Strong attention to details
Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team

Salary range guidance for this position is: $100,000-135,000 per year.
