Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

System Integrator (Team Lead)
Location: Chantilly VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Everyone knows security needs to be "baked in" to a system architecture, but you actually know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. What if you could use your cyber engineering skills to design and build secure systems for national security? You'll work on a team with other highly skilled professionals to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate our customer's needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. You'll be able to gain experience in secure Cloud-based engineering solutions while building peace of mind in a critical infrastructure.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end project management style support for multiple concurrent data science and software development projects. You will be a part of a larger team compromised of additional project managers and work in collaboration with other existing staff to help plan, lead and manage multiple project teams with various stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance
• Experience with information security
• Experience managing projects in JIRA/Confluence
• Project Management experience with data exploitation systems
• Familiarity with customer Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) process and packages; ability to lead and coordinate through A&A lifecycle

Additional Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with systems integration or engineering and Cybersecurity
• Demonstrate experience managing projects to include an understanding of project scope, timelines, and resources
• Previous experience working with Agile workflows and a strong understanding of the Agile framework
• Ability to understand high level technical concepts and provide briefings to senior leadership
• Ability to gather and document requirements while managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
