Job Role:
The main responsibility of the Systems Engineer role is to provide Level 2 technical support (and grow Level 3 support skills), operational assistance, and project collaboration, ensuring adherence to procedures and meeting service level agreements for end-user customers.
Key duties:
- You will be a solid Level 2 Engineer with some experience touching Level 3 tasks within an MSP environment.
In addition to this, you will have the following: - Eagerness to build on your existing Level 3 experience
- Skilled in auto pilot, intune and SharePoint
- Proficient in providing support for up-to-date Windows Server versions
- Demonstrated expertise in assisting users with both Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems
- Thorough understanding of Office365 applications, particularly OneDrive & SharePoint
- Familiarity with various backup solutions such as Veritas, Veeam, and Arcserve
- Strong grasp of essential Windows Services like DNS, AD, DHCP, DFS/BranchCache, and Group Policies
- Sound familiarity with storage technologies
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Azure & M365 technology
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices
- Experienced in virtualization platforms including VMware & Hyper-V Installation, configuration & management of network infrastructure, firewalls, & Wi-Fi.
- The ability to manage backup and disaster recovery services.
