What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Armor Coffee Co.?
Armor Coffee Co. in Allen, TX is looking for one barista to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 190 E Stacy Rd #408. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, outgoing, detail-oriented, fun, and hard-working. Ideally you should love coffee as well... which is hard not to love!
WE DO REQUIRE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!
Prior Barista / Service Industry work preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Smile and welcome customers when they enter the shop
- Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages
- Serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches
- Serve high quality craft beer and wines
- Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers; from hello to goodbye
- Follow Armor Coffee Co standards everyday
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Job Qualifications:
- Must be passionate about taking care of customers and making them happy
