Job description

LOOKING FOR EXPERANCE AUTO GLASS INSTALLER.

We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team in Cincinnati and Indianapolis . This subcontractor role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is skilled in auto glass replacement and repair.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently replace and repair auto glass on various vehicle models.
  • Ensure each job is completed with high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in auto glass installation and repair.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Must possess personal tools for auto glass replacement and repair.
  • Company-provided van for job assignments.
  • Competitive pay per job completed.
  • Flexibility and independence in managing work schedule.

Payment Per a job

  • Standard Glass Jobs: The Subcontractor will be paid $40 for each standard glass job, which includes windshield replacement, side window, and back glass replacements.
  • Sliders: powered and manual sliders are paid $75 per a job
  • Semi-Truck Jobs: $100 per job.
  • Stone Chip Repair: $20 per repair.
  • Incentives: An additional $10 for each positive Google review linked to the Subcontractor's service.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $300.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Indianapolis, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
