Requirements :

Core Accountabilities

• Daily supervision of processes and procedures for inventory management and replenishment of received product to shelves
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to create, implement and manage plans for ongoing product placement, movement, and zoning
• Nurture team engagement and high performance; provide input to Warehouse Manager regarding associate training, development, and performance reviews
• Strive for continuous improvement, especially in efficiency and accuracy of work performed
• Maintain the highest safety standards for self and team

Qualifications

• At least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution center / warehouse, but will consider other supervisory or team-lead experience in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to being a strong team member while directly supervising 5-10 associates
• Strong communications skills with a get-it-done attitude; proven ability to foster teamwork, positivity, and flexibility
• A strong desire to provide high levels of customer service
• Consistent and reliable attendance. Core hours are likely to be 1 : 30-10 : 00pm Monday Friday. Because this is a new role and shift, there may be some flexibility on start and end times.

Occasional Saturday work or hours outside of core hours may be required based on business needs

• Experience with Excel preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical / Other Requirements

• Lifting of up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, and sitting.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to utilize telephone and scanners
