Job Title: SAP HCM SuccessFactors Compensation
Job Location: 100% Remote
Job Duration: Long term Contract
·Integration between systems -SAP HCM to Successfactors, Workday/Peoplesoft, NEMT, Tivoli etc.
· Functional experience in HCM Modules PA, OM, HCM P&F
· Experience in Workflow Configuration, Design, Troubleshooting and Integration with Adobe forms.
· Expertise in Interface Processing procedures, Background Processing.
· Good Experience in ESS & MSS, HCM Process & Forms, Integration of ESS & MSS with Back-end.
· Good experience in Developing Custom info types, Module pool programs, PA & OM reporting.
· Configure HCM P&F process, Document, Build Workflow, Integrate with Adobe Form, Test.
·Technical Expertise in ABAP & ABAP-HR programming; Experience in development of Workflow, Adobe Forms, Report, ALV Reports, Module pool programs, Interfaces (File & PI Interfaces, BAPI), Conversion (BDC, LSMW), Enhancement (Implicit/Explicit, User Exit), RFC calls, LDB related programs,ABAP Query, OO ABAP, SAP Data migration, Web dynpro ABAP, Adobe Forms(Interactive & offline).
· Good Experience with Travel management module – Design, development of Workflows, programs.
· Experience using Solution Manager and Charm tools
· Integration of SAP HCM with several systems like Workday, Successfactor LMS, Peoplesoft, NEMT,Tivoli.
· Work on to translate the customer’s business needs into a technological solution. Thoroughly review
Business and system requirements to obtain full understanding of business needs.
· Work on Integration check points, middleware requirements, Document all the requirements, perform
requirements and data analysis to provide solutions.
· Develop designs in order to develop/Maintain SAP HCM applications and configurations based on
Divestitures, Merger and Acquisitions relating to clients.
· Configure Modules PA, OM & TM
· Work on issues/defects in the Production system of SAP and Successfactors LMS to provide resolution.
· Work with development team to build code for applications
· Prepare Test data and perform unit testing and integration testing, coordinate in the UAT testing and
Capture all the test results.
· Prepare migration documentation and check in all the artifacts to be migrated which involves work in
Solution manager system.
· Manage test cases, defects and reports in HP Application Lifecycle Management tool
· To schedule batch jobs in various systems in landscape and work on sync activities such as to generate
Business Partner etc.
