Employers Options is seeking Service Writer Trainees to join our growing and dynamic team! The goal of this position is to learn all responsibilities related to planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and implementing procedures, policies, and practices for the direct and indirect documentation of customer requested repairs and maintenance for supervisor’s approval.
Position Requirements
- MUST have a valid Driver's License
- Work experience in customer service, as a greeter or similar role
- Basic PC knowledge
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
