Role Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for various receptionist and clerical duties to support the client's organization.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide reception support
- Answer phones in a polite and professional manner
- Process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks
- Check inventory to source cutting tools
- Provide general clerical support such as data entry, filing, etc.
Position Requirements
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: At least one-year of professional clerical or office experience is required; previous experience as a secretary or receptionist a plus!
Skills and Certifications:
- Incumbent must be detail oriented, professional and able to provide excellent service to our customers and clients.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
