- Quality assurance. You will collaborate with Commercial and Production project teams to ensure project expectations are understood and achieved. You will evaluate the designs and models for feasibility, functionality, structural integrity, and ease of manufacture, proposing adjustments and design changes to simplify or improve the concepts. You will ensure the format and quality of deliverables are in line with the Array Way standards.
- Teamwork. You will participate in team huddles, daily standups, and other unit meetings. You will follow all policies and procedures defined in the company quality system and actively support all continuous improvement initiatives. You will train new and junior members as needed.
