We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team of Eyelash Specialists. The position requires evening and weekend work, as well as the ability to work in an environment with high energy levels. Eyelash Specialists are responsible for creating a pleasant experience for clients and helping them maintain their natural lashes with regular lash refills. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the beauty industry, enjoy working on the go and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Must have at least six months experience, ONE YEAR PREFERRED
• MUST have a client “Look Book” of before and afters or Social Media Profile
• Previous Lash Extension Training/Certification preferred
• Must complete a set of Classic Lash Extensions (65-80 lashes per eye) within 2 hours.
• Positive, upbeat, and personable
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn new techniques
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must have dependable transportation
• Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Perform professional eyelash extension sessions
• Design specific eyelash treatments based on the guest’s individual needs.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Understand, promote, and sell ARRIS Beauty service offerings.
• Create excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Provide frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare.

• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques

• A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers

Responsibilities

• MUST BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE AND PROMOTE TO GAIN CLIENTELE
• Able to work independently
• The lash technician will consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction
• You will ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized and linens are clean at all times, and treat clients in a courteous and empathetic manner
• Ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring, and professional, and have the ability to make others feel good about themselves
• Designs specific eyelash treatments based on client’s individual needs
• Performs professional eyelash extension sessions
• Creates an excellent experience for clients with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Provides frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare
• Generates new clientele
• Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $750.00 - $797.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
