Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
- Assist with scheduling showing appointments
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails
- Support office management and departments with various administrative tasks
- Front desk reception duties including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
-Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Developed and experienced computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
-Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Previous experience in customer support is beneficial
-Bilingual is a plus
