Field Supervisor - New York City
Arrow Security is one of the fastest growing security providers in the Northeast and we are looking for Field Supervisors to join our expanding team. Presently, we are seeking to hire dedicated, highly organized, professional, and personable Supervisor with excellent communication skills,
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Valid and Current New York State Security Guard License
- Minimum Three (3) Years of Supervisory Experience
- Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division
- Valid New York State Driver's License - No Violations, Points or Suspensions
- Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus.
- Military Veteran/HS Diploma
- Good Writing Skills
- Must be able to clear Client Background Check process.
- Must be able to possess FDNY Certifications (F-01, F-02, F-03, F-04, S-95)
- Must be able to clear Background Process for Federal TWIC Card.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- A commitment to taking care of fellow officers, our clients, and their property.
- Adhere to all Company service and operating standards.
- Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting.
