TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ADMIN ASSISTANT
The Technical Support and Admin Assistant is responsible for efficiently handling and resolving the technical issues of the dealerships. This individual also assists with various confidential administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Provides accurate, prompt, and consistent resolution to situations by following Standard Operating Procedures.
Creates and notices service tickets for selected calls or emails.
Utilize multiple resources to identify the root cause of problems, implement solid solutions, and escalate service issues where appropriate.
Remains current on technology and software issues that affect employees.
Assists with maintaining employee files and ensures compliance with all required state and federal agencies.
Running and analyzing reports.
Creates logins for all new employees and trouble shoots login issues with current employees.
Assists with the pre-employment process for new hires.
Assists with ensuring compliance with all employees using online time and attendance systems.
Scans and Audits confidential documents and files them electronically in their proper place.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Other duties as assigned
Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy ustomer needs.
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.
Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.
Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
