Performs a wide variety of duties, including clerical functions and program assistance.
Job Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years training and/or experience in administrative support, business, secretarial, or office procedures. Computer literate and able to type a minimum of 45wpm.
Needed Attributes: Ability to work with diverse groups of people. Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy. Works well as part of a team and independently.
Essential Functions:
Types, files, makes photocopies, and performs telephone, mail, and fax duties
Acts as main receptionist
Assists in processing of correspondence, purchase orders, billings, and vouchers
Maintains program files, route distributions, and data for program reporting
Provides assistance and information to the public by phone and in person
Assists with personnel duties and special projects
Utilizes computer for data entry, word processing, and other tasks
Assists customers in pre-screening process for rural rides
Additional Information
Part Time/Seasonal, Program Support 1 needed to work 2 days/wk at the Hibbing Farmers Market; Tuesdays 12:30pm-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1:30pm. $17.71/hr. Please apply by: May 15, 2022. AA/EOE
