Arrowstreet is seeking mid-level architects with exceptional design sense, strong organization skills, and exceptional communication skills to efficiently and independently produce high-quality work in a fast-past environment.

Candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience with the ability to independently push design concepts forward and clearly communicate design ideas with project and consultants' teams. Ideal strengths include strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to multiple project types, and emerging technical knowledge. Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite is preferred.
