Job Posting for Marketing Coordinator at ARS ALEUT REMEDIATION LLC
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of the Aleut Federal brand. This includes websites, marketing materials and collateral, corporate swag, social media and other external communications. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will support proposal development, including proposal and graphics production as needed. Up to 25% travel, required.
Specific Functions
Develop, implement, and maintain the Aleut Federal website, as well as sub-sites for each subsidiary
Develop and maintain marketing collateral to include brochures, standard statements of qualifications, and corporate presentations
Develop a social media campaign and maintaining social media sites with news updates (Twitter and LinkedIn primarily)
Assist the Chief Growth Officer in setting up brand guidelines for using the Aleut logo and preparing templates for subsidiaries’ use (letterhead, business cards, proposals, etc.)
Coordinate conferences across the Aleut Federal enterprise, to include conference registrations, exhibits, and other conference support
When approved by the Aleut Federal Executive Team, coordinate receptions for subsidiaries (such as open houses, conference receptions, etc.)
Identify, order, and maintain inventory of corporate swag for use by all Aleut Federal companies, including subsidiary specific requests
Develop, obtain approval for, and issue press releases and other public communications
Work with Chief People Officer to develop corporate/internal communications
Assist proposal managers in developing, coordinating, and producing proposals
Assist in market research to support opportunity qualification
Knowledge and Experience
Ability to develop engaging written content for websites and marketing material
Strong written and verbal skills
Experience with social media promotion
Expertise in developing websites, and specifically using sites like WordPress
Extensive experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of Online Business Development research tools such as GovWin, beta.sam.gov desired
Knowledge and competency in SharePoint desired
Knowledge of environmental, construction, operations and maintenance, and technology programs for Federal customers
Skills and Abilities
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work setting
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a high-stress environment
Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
Ability to learn new methods and systems
Special Requirements
Valid state driver’s license
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
Must be available for standby assignments and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required
Must occasionally be available for extra (OT) hours
