Description

We are a dynamic team dedicated to providing accurate and reliable cost estimates for a wide range of programs critical to our national defense. We are seeking a Cost Estimator with expertise in ACEIT software to join our team and contribute to this important mission.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilize ACEIT software to develop, maintain, and analyze cost estimates for DoD programs.
  • Collaborate with program managers and financial analysts to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Generate detailed cost models and conduct sensitivity analyses to identify potential cost drivers and areas for optimization.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of cost estimates, reports, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously update and refine cost estimating methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data, including historical cost data, technical specifications, and program schedules.
  • Assess risks and uncertainties associated with cost estimates and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in cost estimation and ACEIT software capabilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret clearance is required
  • BA/BS, 4 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, or 8 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions.
