Salary - BASE PAY at $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience and interview. ADDITIONALLY we have a LUCRATIVE bonus and commission plan where you can earn $30 or more per hour on average. Bonus and Commission are paid out with weekly paychecks.

In this role, you would report daily to one of our partnered retail home improvement locations where you speak with customers about energy savings, heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and how we can be a HUGE BENEFIT to them. Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation and one of our industry experts will take over from there!

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations
• Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience
• Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed
• All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks
