ARServices is seeking Contracts Management Analyst, Junior, to provide contract management and business support on a Navy Financial Management program. In this role, a Contract Management Analyst, Junior would be responsible for assisting the Government draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. In addition, you will:
- Coordinate Industry Days
- Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Contract Line Item Numbers, DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the government
- Provide administrative source selection support
- Administer Contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables
- Bachelor's degree
- Between zero to three years of experience of relevant budget, financial, or contractual experience
- Minimum Secret Clearance Required
