**Overview:** We are seeking a passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a dedication to educating and mentoring young minds. Experience with students on the autism spectrum, behavior management, library services, physical education, learning technology, math, and proofreading is highly valued. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students - Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs - Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster a productive classroom environment - Incorporate library services and technology into teaching practices - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Organize and supervise extracurricular activities **Skills:** - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Ability to educate and inspire young learners - Proficiency in working with students on the autism spectrum - Strong mentoring skills to guide students effectively - Effective behavior management techniques - Familiarity with library services and physical education programs - Knowledge of learning technology to enhance teaching methods - Proficiency in math instruction for elementary students - Attention to detail for proofreading educational materials
