Dump Truck Driver
The DDS Companies is looking for a Dump Truck Driver to be based out of our Central NY operation in Tully.
You will be responsible for driving commercial vehicles to transport earth materials to and from construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.
Driver will also be required to perform pre and post-trip inspections, communicate with dispatch to manage delivery and pick up schedules.

Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum of 5 years with dump truck operation experience
- Valid Class A CDL license with a DOT Physical Examination Card and a clean driver's record
- Advanced knowledge of construction and/or construction equipment
- Prior loading experience using mechanical loaders
- Ability to handle unexpected situations, i.e., traffic, weather conditions, etc
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to demonstrate leadership in the compliance of federal motor carrier safety regulations and DOT guidelines
- Maintains all paperwork required by company policy and local, state, and federal regulations
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and pass a post offer, pre-employment physical assessment test
