Janitor performs janitorial/maintenance duties to maintain the facility in a neat, clean, and organized manner by following a daily, weekly, monthly task schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs the duties as defined in the Facility Housekeeping & Maintenance Spreadsheet, daily, weekly, monthly, or as required.
Monitor and replace as necessary all production area tack mats.
Walks all outside spaces and checks for trash.
Reports inventory levels of cafeteria and janitorial supplies.
Keeps janitor storage area and closet in a tidy and organized manner.
Reports any facility abnormalities such as paint chips, carpet stains or other issues to the Facilities Maintenance Team.
Performs all Tasks in compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.
Work primarily unsupervised.
Education and Experience:
High school education or equivalent experience required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing procedures for the restroom and kitchen. Ability to understand and adhere to safety instructions when using cleaning agents.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
General cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, etc.
