Job Posting for New Patient Coordinator/Receptionist at Arthritis Northwest, PLLC

Arthritis Northwest is looking for a full time New Patient Coordinator/Receptionist. This position will be responsibilities for duties such as:

  • Check in new and existing patients
  • Collects co-pays
  • Collects new patient paperwork and enter it into NextGen
  • Verify insurance for all new and existing patients
  • Request and enter insurance authorizations if needed before any new patient is seen
  • Call patients to request additional demographic information if needed
  • Scheduling New Patients
  • Working closely with referring doctor offices to collect all necessary new patient appointment information
  • New patient reminder calls

Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills required/previous customer service experience required
  • Previous medical office experience strong preferred
  • Experience with NextGen preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
