Must Have:
- 3 - 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst
- Experienced with Software as a Service (SaaS) and HTML / CSS
- Worked with JavaScript, configuration, and project/product management
- Familiarity / experience with Medallia, Qualtrics, Agile, and Scrum is a plus
- Bachelors degree in CS, Information System, or Engineering
