Arthur Lawrence, a reputable management consulting firm, is looking for an Inventory Control Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records for our company.

This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Create and maintain inventory reports, documenting variances and adjustments
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels based on customer demand
  • Implement and improve inventory control processes to optimize efficiency and minimize errors

Requirements

  • Prior experience in inventory control in GMP / FDA regulated industry
  • Proficient in using inventory management software (SAP, MES, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
