About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help lead one of our core AI product offerings. Reporting to the VP of Product, this person will collaborate with design, ML and engineering to help bring innovative ideas to life and deliver value to our customers. They will actively shape and contribute to the product vision and strategy.
What you'll do
- Own a a highly visible product and expand opportunities by leveraging good product discovery skills to ensure we’re building the right things at the right time
- Partner with Design, Engineering, ML Research and other key functions to consistently deliver innovative solutions and value to the market
- Collaborate with keys stakeholders within Customer Enablement, Marketing, and Sales to ensure feedback and insights are captured and considered as part of the discovery and ideation process
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the rapidly-evolving AI space to ensure we’re building products that are ahead of the curve
- Foster and maintain strong relationships across the organization through roadmap presentations, feedback gathering, customer discovery calls and thorough documentation
- Leverage data - both qualitative and quantitative - to inform thoughtful product decisions
What we're looking for
- 7 years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of machine learning model types and observability capabilities in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience finding product-market fit for a SaaS product
- Familiarity with agile methodology and best practices
- Good balance of EQ and able to collaborate, motivate and lead a diverse group of people to drive success
- Detail oriented with an empathetic approach to product design & development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and still maintain good organization and productivity
- Local to NYC and able to collaborate with team members in the office at times
You might also have (nice to have)
- Experience or interest in machine learning, generative AI/large language models and MLOps products
- Experience with observability or monitoring platforms
- Background in data science or machine learning

- Our target base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, based on your depth of experience and how your skills align with role requirements
