Job Posting for Die Finisher / Grinder at ArtiFlex Manufacturing
We are seeking a Die Finisher / Grinder for our Day-Shift. This role will include deburring and sanding finish-machined parts to ensure that they meet CAD model specifications and assist tooling personnel as necessary.
- Remove burrs from machined parts using various hand and power tools. Select proper methods and tools for deburring. Polish and blend surfaces.
- Set-up and operate all equipment (i.e. Deburr Bench, various Grinders, etc.) in the Deburring area.
- Check work against the CAD model
- Work with basic precision measuring instruments (including caliper, micrometer, drop indicator, etc.) to manufacture product to specifications.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Basic math understanding. Understand, follow, and effectively communicate verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work with handheld tools for extended periods of time. Sitting or standing for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Ability to perform repetitive work with hands and wrists.
- Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read, write and interpret instructions.
- Must be able to operate basic computer functions.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and remain focused at all times.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team; interact appropriately with others.

- Worked in a manufacturing environment
