Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, and other venues - Arrange transportation for guests as needed - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely - Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in basic math for cash handling purposes - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of food safety regulations is beneficial, especially if you have experience in the food industry or grocery store environment - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
