- Create and direct the musical performance of a live theatrical production.
- Participate in auditions for dramatic roles and musical performers.
- Attend rehearsals and inform cast and crew of the musical production schedule.

- Prepare singers and performers for the musical production.
- Create the vocal and instrumental arrangements for songs in a theatrical production.
