Processing Data Technician

Overview:
Art's Labor Service is seeking a bilingual skilled Processing Data Technician to join our team in the cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining proper data collection records in a virtual format. Change phases in Windows Dynamics 365® Business Central for work in progress packages. Audit Windows Dynamics 365® Business Central phase changes as compared to weights in Node and Metrc. When harvest weights have not been entered in BC or Node, back up for the dry room technician for data entry. Provide back up for Processing Assistant.

Duties:
· Changed phases in BC from Drying to Bucking to Trimming

· Report loss due to moisture or leaf and stem waste

· Compare BC processing inventory to Node weights

· Make sure weight changes are reflected in Metrc

· Begin BC and Node harvest batches

· Update bucking sheet and allocation sheet with potencies

· When Processing Assistant is out, create finished packages

· Audit Node labor hours to ensure they are up to date and accurate

· Assist with correcting missing punches with Processing staff

Qualifications:
· Experience utilizing computer software.

· Experience utilizing Metrc software.

· Must be able to communicate well with others.

· Possesses strong written communication skills for the creation of reports.

· Demonstrate ability to adapt to using new computer software.

· Strong Excel skills necessary (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
