- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities

- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and any incidents that occur
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
### Requirements:
- Previous experience (1 year) with adults with developmental disabilities,
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to develop and implement care plans
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to intellectual disabilities
- Experience in behavior management techniques and strategies
