What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Analyst position at Arvato?
Arvato is hiring for an Inventory Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining seamless communication with both internal and external clients while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems.
- Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor and Cycle Counters.
- Drive continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance regarding inventory issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports related to inventory levels and productivity.
- Ensure inventory integrity by leading consolidation efforts and investigating variances and discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory transactions across multiple systems and monitor the flow of both incoming components and outbound finished goods.
- Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in inventory control documentation, including creating new, and reviewing existing procedures
- Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to proactively identify and report potential ethics and compliance issues, security incidents, and breaches in confidentiality.
- Understanding of data processing in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines, and federal and state regulations.
- Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
