General Purpose:The Jr. recruiter’s position in ASAP Personnel Inc requires filling job orders and conducting inside sales daily. Recruiters are expected to build and maintain a strong channel of candidates with the required job skills to be able to fill jobs rapidly and effectively daily.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Placements
Completely fill all qualified job orders by the end of each day.
Each working day have 3 – 5 placements minimum.
By the end of each week have a minimum of 10-15 new net placements for that week.
Recruiting
Recruit, process, and interview a minimum of 10 new ASAP Personnel Inc qualified employees each week.
Make a minimum of 25 effective outbound calls each day.
Create and post job adds as need it
Sales
Acquire a minimum of 5 new sales each week.
Build relationships with existing and new clients
Follow up with clients on a consistent basis to ensure we are meeting their needs
Generate email marketing through MailChimp as assigned by your supervisor
Make a minimum of 25 effective outbound calls each day.
Administrative
Have any data entry done by the end of each day (Candidates in the system, orders in the schedule, job regs completed for any candidates that you have placed to work, etc.)
May be required to create reports and correspondence
May be required to resolve timecard and billing issues
Other duties
Any other duties advised or assigned by management that may be outside of your job description
Monthly Bonus Qualifications:
You will be assessed on the following below based on a sliding scale monthly (this includes months for seasonal bonuses) and depending on the following is how much of your bonus you will be earning. In order to be eligible for the monthly bonus you must acquire at least 40 hours a week, a percentage will be deducted if you have not accumulated any sick, vacation, or PTO time and any unexcused absences occur, a percentage will be deducted if you do not meet the minimum production weekly, and a percentage will also be deducted if you cannot be punctual to work every day.
Attendance
You will earn up to 0.2% based off your attendance each month (.05% each week)
You must acquire a minimum of 40 hours each week (this is required and will affect your monthly bonus)
Punctuality
You will earn up to 0.2% based off your punctuality each month (.05% each week)
You have a grace period of 5 minutes to be late, after the 5-minute mark, percentage will be deducted
Production
You will earn up to 0.4% based off your production each month (0.1% each week)
You must produce a minimum of 3-5 placements each day, and a minimum of 10-15 net placements each week (This is required and will affect your monthly bonus)
