Routine Maintenance :
Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Apartment Repairs :
Address resident requests for repairs promptly and efficiently.
Fix or replace appliances, fixtures, doors, and windows as needed.
Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups.
Groundskeeping :
Maintain the appearance of the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing debris.
Ensure proper functioning of irrigation systems.
Snow removal during winter months.
Safety Compliance :
Identify and address safety hazards promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
Report any unsafe conditions to the management.
Communication :
