Role: Sr. Reporting Analyst

We are looking for Sr. Data Analyst. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have strong experience with Data Extraction, Data Manipulation, and Data Visualization. Must have strong experience with Airtable, Power BI and advanced Excel formulas and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
· Build, maintain, and develop data-driven solutions to best report the health of the organization.
· Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
· Explore, learn, and understand large data models to catalog assets, create documentation and build reports.
· Understand business processes and commercial implications to effectively analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights complex segmentation.
· Translate business requirement to technical criteria for data analysis.
· Visualize data and present findings using PowerBI.
· Develop/maintain PowerPoint reports/dashboards.
· Airtable data maintenance.
· Use Power BI and Microsoft Excel to build reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present insights from the data.
Requirements:
· Must have a detailed understanding of Airtable and its integration into Power BI.
· 3 years of experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI
· 3 years of MS Excel, creating Excel formulas and pivot tables
· Advanced SQL query development proficiency
· Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
