Responsibilities:
- Assists residents with dressing/undressing, bath functions and all personal hygiene, as directed.
- Checks resident's vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity, and social programs.
- Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA license
- CPR/First Aid
